JCCDC Head Start/Early Head Start Family Child Care, an innovative program to prepare children birth to 5 years of age for public school. Licensed Family Child Care Head Start Program providing comprehensive services FREE OF CHARGE to children 6 weeks to 5 years of age and their families. THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES BASED ON THE CONCEPT THAT QUALITY EDUCATION CANNOT BE SEPARATED FROM THE HEALTH, NUTRITION, AND MENTAL HEALTH STATUS OF CHILDREN. THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO MAINTAIN AND EXPAND PROGRAMS TOWARD THE GOAL OF ENRICHING THE EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL CHILDREN WITHIN THE CHILD CARE COMMUNITY.
