4F Minor

4(f) Minor is a café, gallery and workshop space dedicated to creating an environment that encourages the pursuit and acquisition of industry knowledge. 4(f) Minor is a provider of art education for all artists, with a particular interest in outreach toward women and minorities, in industries of entertainment art that employs less than 22% women and 10.4%minorities. 4(f) minor sees an opportunity to encourage and instruct these groups, further diversifying the industries. 4(f) Minor is committed to challenging and supporting all artists through workshops, industry panels, hosting local group meetings, and inspiring artistic growth through artist showcase in the gallery space.4(f) minor will: · Provide training opportunities by artist engaged in the industry in a workshop format. · Recruit from local schools and sponsor young artists to attend workshop offerings. · Offer summer camps in entertainment art  every summer · Bring industry meeting to out space for networking and community building · Create a gallery space to showcase work and inspire new work · Create a café space where artists can work and · Build a community for all artists with focus on women and cultural minorities
