This morning, the UFOA was honored to attend the Memorial Day Remembrance and Wreath Laying Service at the Veteran Memorial Wall at the FDNY Fire Academy. We gathered with the Staff Sgt. Christian Engeldrum FDNY VVFW Post 12033 to pay our deepest respects to the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. It was a truly poignant moment as we honored the memory of all veterans who served our country and our department with unwavering courage and selfless dedication.
