We exist to empower farming communities to thrive. We are an innovative non-profit that works through tea and coffee value chains to empower some of the poorest farming communities around the globe. We create customized and sustainable solutions to poverty that are 1) market-driven, 2) locally led, and 3) globally connected. We offer programs to strengthen communities in the following core areas: economic opportunity, transformational leadership, healthcare, education, and environmental stewardship.
