Alamance County Rescue members show up in force! Tonight, over 50 members and supporters of Alamance County Rescue attended the Alamance County Commissioners’ Budget Meeting to show strong support for the essential services provided by Alamance County Rescue and to advocate against any cuts to the squad’s funding. A lot going this week for ACRU! As the water levels were up; we trained on swiftwater boat ops, boat based rescues, and shore based ops! Our Rescue Divers continued certifications in ERDI and we’ve been busy on the call side of the house, especially one in a flooded creek! This is what we do and what we train for!
