Michael Late Benedum Chapter American Association of Professional Landmen Who We Are The Michael Late Benedum Chapter is a local association of the American Association of Professional Landmen AAPL comprised of land professionals engaged in the oil gas and mineral industries throughout the Appalachian Basin. Who We Serve The Michael Late Benedum Chapter of the AAPL is dedicated to serving its members in the land profession students from our AAPL accredited land management programs as well as our community as a whole through regular charity events.
