Be part of a baby squirrel’s journey back to the wild! 🐿️ We have several litters of young squirrels that have been in foster care with Wisconsin WildCare and are ready to be released back to their natural habitat. We’re looking for people who have: ✅ A yard with interconnected trees (so they can travel safely without needing to touch the ground) ✅ A quiet, low-traffic area, away from outdoor pets or frequent predators ✅ Someone willing to put food and water out for a few weeks. Wisconsin WildCare will provide some of the feeding supplies! How it works: We’ll bring a small litter of rehabilitated young squirrels in a cozy nest box and install it in a tree of your choice (10 - 12 feet high off the ground), attaching it with a hook. We will handle the setup. By providing a safe haven during their return to the wild, we guarantee a touch of joyful squirrel-watching!
