In March, Dr. Amy Sobel, section chief of Charlotte Radiology breast services, and her dance partner, Maurice Mouzon Jr., lit up the stage—and took home the Judges’ Choice Award—at Charlotte Ballet’s Dancing with the Stars of Charlotte Gala! 💃🕺 Together, they raised over $78,000 for Atrium Health Levine Cancer: Project PINK, a vital program offering free screening mammograms to women in our community who need it most. Their incredible efforts will help to ensure more than 1,300 women each year can access these services. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Sobel for her commitment to women’s health; and to Maurice, the Ballet, and every generous donor who voted for Project PINK.
