Golden Apple, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, founded in 2011 by Steve and Lara Shankle. They are no stranger to the philanthropic business. They have operated Apple Homecare for 20+ years and have dedicated their lives to helping our medically fragile communities. Their goal is to not let a child or adult go without medically necessary supplies, not matter the insurance coverage or lack of. They have a passion for providing relief to the distressed and underprivileged by providing medical assistance to uninsured and under-insured individuals and families. We want our medically fragile communities to know that they have a friend in their corner. With Golden Apple by their side, they are not alone.
