PROVIDING BENEVOLENT AND SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS. STRENGTHEN THE MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PAPD AND THE PUBLIC IT SERVES. RAISE AWARENESS OF THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE THE PAPD PROVIDES TO OUR COMMUNITIES.
