The Open Door provides supportive housing and related services to help meet people where they are at. Building from a harm reduction model, The Open Door, Inc. provides supportive housing and related services to improve the health of the forgotten population of high risk, chronically homeless people living with HIV in the Pittsburgh area. It is our hope that we will be able to both SOLVE the homeless problem for those already on the streets with our supportive housing and PREVENT others from becoming homeless with our representative payee service.
