The Ralph Quinney Scholarship Fund honors the legacy of a man who had a deep appreciation for agriculture and the hardworking families who made their living from the land. Ralph Quinney grew up on a farm in the Delavan/Elkhorn area. After his death in 2015, his wife Lois established the fund in his memory. Part of the Ripon Education Foundation (REF) family of funds at your Community Foundation, we manage REF donations and investments and administer its grant and scholarship awards, ensuring a lasting impact for future generations.
