MCSSA MCSSA MCSSA believes that the development and implementation of Michigans human services system requires active participation of local citizen boards and members of the human services delivery systems in order to ensure efficient management of resources. It is our role to advocate at the local state and national level by promoting social policies as defined by the membership.
