Wrapping up our 2024 #ImpactReport with permanent housing. As the core of our work at Breaking Ground, our supportive and affordable apartments are home for over 5,000 vulnerable New Yorkers. Crucially, we provide more than four walls and a door to lock. Last year, our signature Tenant360 program organized over 1,000 events and programs for tenants across our portfolio, offering opportunities for growth, recreation, and building community. And with more than 2,000 units in development, we are doing all we can to increase opportunities for people to overcome or avoid homelessness. Next up from our 2025 #ImpactReport is a spotlight on transitional housing. Known as safe havens, Breaking Ground's transitional housing offers an immediate place for unsheltered New Yorkers to come indoors while we work with each person toward permanent housing - and with access to laundry, showers, and meals, we aim to provide everything needed to get back on your feet. With nearly 750 beds in operation in Manhattan and Brooklyn, our safe havens now serve over 1,000 unique individuals each year.
