Invest in a new approach to solving Californias housing crisis Open to individuals and organizations the New Way Homes Fund creates new affordable and belowmarketrate housing while providing investors a fair return. Example Projects We currently work in the Monterey Bay and San Francisco Bay regions often partnering with land owners such as churches other nonprofits or individuals who want to create missiondriven housing but need the capital and expertise to make the project happen.
