IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING FUNDS AND DISTRIBUTING SUCH FUNDS TO ORGANIZATIONS RECOGNIZED BY THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE AS EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAXATION UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE CODE), AND AS A NON-PROFIT FOUNDATION UNDER SECTION 509(A) OF THE CODE. A.L.M. DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS WHO RECEIVE NO COMPENSATION FROM A.L.M., AND A.L.M. HAS NO EMPLOYEES OR FACILITIES. A.L.M. INTENDS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR QUALIFYING CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS CHOSEN BY A.L.M. IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION BY SOLICITING CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM CORPORATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR SPONSORSHIP OF EVENTS PLANNED AND ORGANIZED BY A.L.M.
