Our membership, programs, services and inclusive events are hosted on a 55 acre farm located on the banks of the historic Erie Canal creating a venue of dignity, purpose and sustainable agri-tourism. Our Mission at Homesteads for Hope is to promote sustainable lifestyles and futures by creating a collaborative community to serve all individuals without distinction. Our Vision at Homesteads for Hope is to develop an intentional agricultural-style community that offers an inclusive environment to learn, work, live and grow.

Founded by a mother and daughter team with a mission to support other families our organization has truly evolved into a nurturing community where people of all abilities thrive finding purpose and belonging in natures classroom. We are committed to redefining the boundaries of inclusion promoting a society where differences are celebrated and where each person is recognized for the valuable role they play at the Community Farm. Everyone is welcome at the Farm.
