Our Vision – To affect the lives of young people by: Developing musical artistry and encouraging creativity through both ensemble performance and individual study Providing a supportive community with a safe, positive atmosphere that fosters the building of life-long friendships Establishing an environment conducive to the development of social and emotional skills, promoting teamwork, and modeling servant leadership Teaching and motivating members to be responsible, participating, contributing members of society
