We offer programs for the community educating families on discipline, self-esteem, responsibility, the risks of the Internet, violence and bullying, substance abuse and family communication. Mano a Mano Foundation has given annual educational conferences about prevention of substance abuse for over 26 years. We train police officers, teachers, volunteers and governmental employees about the key elements to understand and work with Latino families. Mission and Activities

The foundation's primary mission is to enhance the lives of Latino individuals and families by providing the necessary tools for success. They achieve this through a range of educational conferences and workshops focusing on topics such as discipline, self-esteem, responsibility, substance abuse prevention, and family communication. Additionally, they offer guidance on important social issues like the risks of the Internet, violence, bullying, and rights awareness. For over 25 years, the organization has been actively involved in educating families on substance abuse prevention and collaboration with institutions like schools and law enforcement to equip parents with effective strategies to combat these issues.

Educational Programs

The organization collaborates with various entities to provide comprehensive support to the Latino community, ensuring they have access to essential resources for a brighter future.

Impact and Leadership

Under the direction of Dr. Beatriz Villarreal, the foundation has established itself as a crucial support system for Latino families.
