Its objective is to provide specialized resources for the operation of company processes. Our candidates receive direct alignment in new technical and team collaboration skills and our strategy is for them to undergo an induction to the production processes of each of our clients. We achieved this based on the signing of a collaboration agreement where SUCSEED receives training and the required information once and subsequently we take care of conducting the necessary inductions for the candidates during the rest of the contracted period.
