Historic Water Tower Neighborhood WELCOME to the Historic Water Tower Neighborhood that was founded in 1973 originally under the name Water Tower Landmark We are here to promote the preservation and enhancement of the unique residential character of the neighborhood. Our monthly meetings generally on the first Wednesday evening of each month are open to the public and often include a program with guest speakers from local elected officials to historians. Theyre a great place to meet fellow residents to learn whats going on in our neighborhood and to get involved. Please select each tab along the top of this page.
