DCC IS A FULL-TIME, BILINGUAL SOCIAL SERVICE ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE OUTREACH, SOCIAL AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT, AND EMPLOYMENT COUNSELING AND SERVICES TO HOMELESS MEN AND WOMEN WHO SUFFER FROM ADDICTION, ALCOHOLISM, AND MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS.
