February 2025 There Will Be an EIR for the Arroyo Seco Water Reuse Program. The Save San Pascual Park neighbors won a big victory when Pasadena was forced to compile a full environmental impact report to review the impacts of the Arroyo Seco Water Reuse Program. There should have a full EIR all along but Pasadena and South Pasadena The agenda letter staff prepared for the Pasadena City Council did not reveal much about the concerns of the neighbors from San Pascual.
