CASA volunteers are community members who speak up for the best interests of children/youth who experienced abuse/neglect. The WV CASA Association Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that develops and strengthens CASA WV CASA Association, Inc. supports the work of local CASA programs through technical support, training and resouce development. CASA trains community volunteers to speak for abused and neglected children in Court.
