FRIENDS OF FORT MYERS LIBRARY INC
Friends of the Fort Myers Library is a 501(c)3 organization. Our purpose is to raise funds to enhance the services of our library by providing supplies and other necessities that are not funded in the library's budget. We pay for adult craft programs, presenters, materials and books for children's programs and refreshments for Small Business programs. Every year we donate $3000 to the Reading Festival which is over 15% of our annual budget. We also fund our own adult programs bringing theater, music, cooking demos, lectures, magic, and opportunities to meet authors and filmmakers. All our programs are FREE to the public.
