Red's Equines in Need Sanctuary - REINS Helping horses stay off the dinner table. Reds Equines In Need Sanctuary REINS began in 2014 when we first accepted five horses from the local animal control authorities. Our mission quickly became the rehabilitation of these abused horses and to find them suitable forever homes. The horses stay with REINS until such a home is found.
