JCLI's core mission is to Empower, Inspire, and Advocate for persons with disabilities in Haiti. Inspired by its namesake, Jacob Richard, JCLI envisions a world where persons with disabilities are Thriving, Contributing, and Realizing their full potential. JCLI will focus on programming that provides learning opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs) so that their lives are less dependent on others, charity. JCLI believes its programming will also provide for a change in peoples attitudes towards PWDs by seeing their impact on society.
