Institute for Global Health and Health Policy The Institute for Global Health and Health Policy The Institute for Global Health and Health Policy IGHHP is a U. S. registered 501c3 nonprofit organization comprised of programmatic initiatives whose core mission is to promote education research outreach and policy in the service of One Health a discipline that explores the connections between human animal and ecosystem health by examining the root causes of contemporary declines in planetary wellness. Training workshops currently focus on veterinary and ecology students with a goal of involving other professional study areas such as medicine public health agriculture public policy socioeconomics education business ecological economics agricultural economics and cultural anthropology all of which are relevant to the complexities of wellness problemsolving in the global context.
