🐾 Training Tuesday Spotlight: Rachel 🐾 At just 18 months old, Rachel has already come a long way! When she first arrived at Doberman Underground, she was in rough shape—underweight, with some gut issues to tackle. But thanks to the care and patience of her foster home and vet team, she’s feeling SO much better and is now ready to take on the next chapter: training! Rachel had no prior obedience or structure, so we knew she needed a fresh start. Our trainer, Drew (@thek9expert), is helping Rachel build her leash skills, boost her confidence, and grow stronger every day. 💥 Every dog deserves a training plan that meets their specific needs—and Rachel is thriving with consistent guidance. She absolutely LOVES her lessons and gets excited for her workouts, which also give her foster mom clear direction on what to be reinforcing in-between practice. At her foster home, Rachel is working on crate training and learning that her crate is a cozy, safe place to relax when her people are away. Training builds trust, boosts confidence, and sets dogs up for success in their forever homes. And Rachel? She’s well on her way. 🩺 #MedicalMonday – From party pup to patient 💔 This weekend took a tough turn for our foster girl Becky. One minute she was her usual fun-loving, lively self—and the next, she was rushed to the ER with a sudden lung infection. After X-rays, meds, and multiple vet visits, Becky is finally back home, but she's not her usual bouncy self. Watching this joyful Rottweiler spend her days just resting and sleeping breaks our hearts. 💔 This girl lives to love and be loved.
