Leading Individuals Fight to Overcome Fear and Failure LIFTOFF APPRENTICESHIP AND JOB TRAINING PROGRAM PROGRAM DESCRIPTION LIFTOFF is an outreach initiative of Children Charity International launched in 2013 to address the epidemic lack of people skills in the workplace among youth. It is a comprehensive apprenticeship job training and mentoring program that provides the soft skills needed for success no matter what kind of job the seeker finds.
