Click on the photo above to read the local papers story on be their hope be their HOPE is a grassroots nonprofit organization founded by Heather and Troy Boe. It is run entirely by volunteers who believe that they have the power and ability to make a difference in the life a child. During the process of adopting a little boy from Democratic Republic of the Congo in 2010 Heather and Troy became acutely aware of the living conditions within that war torn and impoverished country.
