The Mount Olive Community Development Corporation, Inc. was created in 2013. Its purpose is to encourage, support and assist the development and redevelopment of the Clearwater community and the surrounding areas in Pinellas County, FL. Additionally, it is designed to promote social, economic, cultural and human service programming and activities among Clearwater (and surrounding areas) residents. Furthermore, the CDC is to create economic opportunity through the reduction or elimination of social, economic and cultural barriers.
