Recovery and Resilience for Global Community Wellness Through the unique and culturally-appropriate model called Restoring Resiliency, Africa Healing Exchange teaches life-coping skills to mothers and caregivers of youth, to overcome post-traumatic stress disorder and live more peacefully, preventing fetal PTSD and supporting healthy family units. The services are delivered in workshop format, for individuals and as a training for other service providers, primarily in the United States and East Africa.
