The mission of the Delaware Bar Foundation is to improve the administration of justice in Delaware through providing funding to legal services for victims of poverty and promoting study and research in the field of law. THE DELAWARE BAR FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS IMPROVING THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE IN DELAWARE BY: - PROVIDING FUNDING FOR LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE POOR - PROMOTING STUDY AND RESEARCH IN THE FIELD OF LAW - FOSTERING KNOWLEDGE OF CITIZENSHIP RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - ENHANCING PUBLIC RESPECT FOR THE RULE OF LAW
