Learn more In March 1951 60 Pimmit Hills residents got together to organize the Pimmit Hills Citizens Association PHCA and state its mission which is still true today The Associations activities are nonpartisan nonsectarian and nonpolitical. Its purpose is to promote develop and improve the general welfare of the Pimmit Hills community.
