Access to Optimal Leadership Foundation exists to facilitate tranformative ontological leadership programs to our At-Risk communities. We work with first generational college students, people from all different types of backgrounds from all different age groups. We exist to advance authenticity within our relationships, integrity with every action that we take, and to embody the principle of being committed to something greater than ones own rewards.
