ROCS is a private non-profit agency serving the residents of South-Central & South-Eastern South Dakota since 1981. Here at ROCS, we care about the entire community and we are dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES TO ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF THE LOW INCOME AND ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS, TO REVITALIZE COMMUNITIES AND EMPOWER FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS IN RURAL SOUTH DAKOTA TO GAIN SELF SUFFICIENCY.
