ICO is a faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves the community by providing an array of programs suited to empower families to overcome obstacles related to everyday life and to help them become more self-sufficient. Inner County Outreach, Inc. (ICO) is a community-focused organization committed to serving at-risk, minority and economically disadvantaged populations. We strive to make a meaningful impact by addressing essential needs in the following areas: Comprehensive Basic Needs, ensuring access to food and shelter; Youth Services, bridging gaps in education, mentoring, childcare, and residential support; and Mental & Physical Health and Wellness, tackling issues related to mental health, health education, and awareness. Mission: ICO is a faith-based organization that nurtures families by assessing and addressing individual's educational, social, and health needs. ICO provides steppingstones to those struggling to improve their quality of life.
