Today, WRTP / BIG STEP is spotlighting Tatyana Klahn, a graduate of our 2024 Madison Summer Trades Academy and Entry-Level Construction Skills program 🎓 Prior to starting her training with us, she had no experience with the trades. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, Parisi Construction hired Tatyana before she even graduated from our Summer Trades Academy. Now a cement mason apprentice, she’s working her way through her schooling with Operative Plasterers' and Cement Masons' Local 599. As a young woman considering a career in the male-dominated skilled trades, Tatyana says, “I was hesitant on doing [the training] because I was one of the only girls, but it helped me find a career.
