Community Resources Weekly Highlight! Calvert County Community Resources has been awarded an additional $88,565 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) COVID Round 1 funds through the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development This funding will support the purchase of essential supplies for: • 85 Main St. Program – providing direct support to vulnerable residents • Ladies of Charity Food Pantry – addressing food insecurity in our community • Project ECHO Homeless Shelter – serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness We are grateful for this opportunity to expand our impact and strengthen the county’s ongoing recovery efforts.
