BTC is a drop-in center for teens open every school day from BHS dismissal until 5:30pm. BTC is open to all Benicia residents or BUSD students ages 13-19 The mission of The Kyle Hyland Foundation for Teen Support is to provide charitable and educational support to teens by establishing a center where teens can be provided emotional support through mentoring, counseling, music and art.
