DBI is a nonprofit membership organization focused on the continued revitalization of Downtown Bloomington Indiana. Since 1984 our mission has been to educate the public about the benefits of a strong downtown to facilitate public and private partnerships and to provide unified leadership in order to strengthen and support Downtown Bloomington as the heart of the city for all citizens.
