WHAT WE DO Rdevia provides opportunities and resources to HBCU Prospects Students Graduates and Professionalsdefined as HBCU Prospects Current high school seniors who want to go to an HBCU. HBCU Students Currentstudentswho attend an HBCU asrecognizedby the White House Initiative on HBCUs.
