North Suburban Concert Band - Coon Rapids, MN The North Suburban Concert Band NSCB is a community band that provides several concerts each year in Anoka County Minnesota and surrounding areas. Its mission is to encourage adult musicians of all ability levels in the enjoyment and performance of music.
