As an official preliminary competition to the Miss New York and Miss America Organization competitions, we provide educational scholarships in Western New York within a competitive system designed to enhance educational and career opportunities for young women (18-25), while raising awareness and financial support for the Children's Miracle Network local hospital, John R. Osishei Children's Hospital.
