We serve a population of 700000 people that live in extreme poverty.

For those following Saida’s story… She was able to have all the metal hardware removed from her leg today. So far the infection has cleared completely and the broken femur is healed. We praise the Lord for this healing and for those of you who donated to make this all possible.
