("FLPPS") WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NYS DELIVERY SYSTEM REFORM INCENTIVE PAYMENT ("DSRIP") PROGRAM FROM 2015-2020 AND NOW CONTINUES TO REDESIGN THE HEALTHCARE DELIVERY SYSTEM IN THE 13-COUNTY REGION. ORIGINALLY CREATED UNDER THE NYS 1115 WAIVER, THE OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF FLPPS IS TO TRANSFORM THE HEALTHCARE DELIVERY SYSTEM AND IMPROVE HEALTH OUTCOMES.
