The Sarasota Coalition on Substance Abuse is dedicated to preventing substance abuse through educational programming, prevention, advocay, and collaborations with local service providers,SCOSA supports addition recovery programs,including a holistic approach to recovery. SCOSA provided over $292,000 to Sarasota County Schools during the 2016-17 fiscal year to support efforts to break the cycle of violence and reduce substance abuse
