ABOUT THE DRIFT TOPPERS The Drift Toppers Snowmobile Club was started in 1969 by enthusiasts with the goal of establishing a trail system in and around the cities of Duluth and Rice Lake. Run entirely by dedicated volunteers the Drift Toppers today are charged with maintaining about 18 miles of GrantInAid snowmobile trails from Lester River Park to the Rice Lake Trail formerly the missing link trail and grooms the southern portion of the C. J.
