TO FOSTER THE PRACTICE OF GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, HONESTY, GOOD FELLOWSHIP, SELF-DISCIPLINE AND SELF-RELIANCE, AND AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE VALUE OF SPORTS AND RECREATION IN MODERN SOCIETY.
